Med-Mizer Warranty
Med-Mizer, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the following periods:

Lifetime on welds
-
15 years on the bed frame
-
2 years on the drive system
-
1 year on wood components, casters, handsets, and miscellaneous parts
Med-Mizer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to supplying replacement parts or, at its discretion, replacing any product found to be defective.
This warranty does not cover failures caused by negligence, accidents, abuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the company’s maintenance instructions. Products or parts subject to a warranty claim may be required to be returned, prepaid, to Med-Mizer’s factory. Any improper use, alteration, or unauthorized repair that, in Med-Mizer’s judgment, materially and adversely affects the product will void this warranty.
Service (Labor) Policy
1. First 30-Day Service Policy

If an issue arises within 30 days of the shipping date, the customer will be asked to participate in a consultation call to diagnose the problem.

If replacement parts are required, Med-Mizer will supply them at no cost to the customer.
-
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Med-Mizer may send a technician, if deemed necessary.
2. Limited Warranty Service (after 30 days)
-
If an issue arises within the warranty period, the customer will be asked to participate in a consultation call to diagnose the problem.

If replacement parts are required, Med-Mizer will supply them at no cost to the customer.
-
All warranted replacement parts are shipped free of charge and will include a return label for the non-conforming part.

If a service technician is requested by the customer, an upfront fee must be paid by credit card prior to dispatch.
Med-Mizer Service Plan Terms

Nontransferable and Nonrefundable – Service plans cannot be transferred or refunded.
-
Purchase Availability – Plans may be purchased at the point of sale.
-
Used Beds – A plan may only be purchased for a used bed after it has been confirmed fully functional by a certified Med-Mizer technician.

Service Coverage – Includes up to two repair visits per year. (Additional visits are available for an extra charge.)

Diagnosis Process – A consultation call is required to diagnose the issue before a technician is dispatched. Med-Mizer will determine if on-site service is necessary.

Technical Support Hours – Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
