Why it happens:

Feedback or whistling typically occurs when the microphone is covered or when the wrong ear dome size is used.


Solutions:

  • Each ear canal may require a different size.
  • Try different ear dome sizes.

     

  • Avoid touching or covering the microphone.

  • Follow correct insertion techniques.

I am hearing background noise, white noise, or my own voice.

 

Why it happens:

This is a normal adjustment phase called the occlusion effect. It typically fades after 3–4 weeks of daily use.

Solution:

  • Wear your hearing aids daily for several hours to help your brain adjust.

  • It may feel uncomfortable at first, but it will improve with consistent use.

Tip:

  • Use Outdoor Mode (Mode 4) for enhanced background noise cancellation.

I don’t hear any sound or the sound is muffled.

Possible causes:

Low volume, clogged wax guard, or low battery.

Solutions:

  1. Adjust the volume to ensure it’s turned up properly.

    • Replace the wax guard and check for earwax buildup in the dome or hearing aid.

  2. Recharge the hearing aids fully by placing them in the case and plugging it in for at least 3–4 hours.

 

I am having trouble fitting the device properly.

 


Solution:

 

  1. Use the pull wire to handle the device without covering the microphone.

  2. Adjust your ear position by gently pulling the outer ear upward during insertion.

     

     

  3. Experiment with different angles (forward, back, up, down) to find the best fit.

  4. Try different ear dome sizes for a better seal.

     

  5. Ensure comfort.

    • The device should fit snugly but not feel tight.

     

I am having trouble changing the volume or modes.

Volume Control:

  • Quick-press the button to adjust the volume.

    • 1 beep = Volume 1

Mode Selection:
