Toilet seats and specified bidets are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase. If a defect is found, Bemis will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price (excluding shipping, if applicable).

The warranty does not cover expenses related to removal or installation. Plastic seats are suitable for both commercial and residential use, while enameled wood and soft seats are intended for residential use only.
