Excludes: Self-modifications, collisions, misuse.
Electronic Components — 1 Year
Motor: Internal failures such as coil damage, demagnetization, axle deformation.
Controller: Manufacturing-related failures (short circuits, burnouts).
Excludes: Water ingress, cut cables, brake wear, user-induced damage.
Battery / Charger / Front Light — 1 Year
Battery: Power loss, poor contact, or capacity < 60% within 1 year.
Charger & Front Light: Short circuits or poor performance from manufacturing defects.
Excludes: Water damage or human-caused issues.
General Components — 1 Year
Includes: Footrest, tires, fenders, seat, armrest, backrest, headrest, shocks, brake.
