1. Do I need to assemble the electric wheelchair after delivery?

No major assembly is required. Each Easwe™ electric wheelchair is 95% pre-assembled at the factory. After receiving it, you only need to install the battery and controller, which is quick and easy.

 

2. Do you provide installation instructions or a video guide?

Yes. A user manual is included with every wheelchair. In addition, we provide a step-by-step installation video for extra guidance to make setup even easier.

 

3. How do I charge the wheelchair, and how long does it take?

Our wheelchairs support two charging methods:

  • Charge directly through the port under the controller

  • Or remove the battery and charge it separately

On average, it takes 5–6 hours to fully charge the battery.

 

4. What safety precautions should I follow when using the wheelchair?

When riding on hills, slopes, or uneven surfaces, always slow down and proceed with caution. The intelligent braking system ensures safety, but users should remain mindful of their surroundings and avoid risky terrain.

 

5. Is the wheelchair suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals to operate independently?

Yes. The Easwe™ electric wheelchair features a flexible, easy-to-use joystick controller that allows seniors and mobility-impaired individuals to operate the chair safely and independently.

 

6. What is the driving range of the electric wheelchair?

Range can vary based on user weight, temperature, and road conditions. Under ideal conditions, an Easwe™ electric wheelchair with a 15.4Ah lithium battery can travel up to 15 miles on a single charge.

 

7. Can the seatback angle be adjusted?

Yes. The seatback angle can be adjusted, allowing users to find a more comfortable and supportive position for daily use.

Warranty

All Easwe Electric Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters come with a 5-year warranty for the frame against manufacturing defects. Other components, such as motors and batteries, are covered under separate warranty periods based on their specific categories.

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.
