This warranty applies exclusively to HoyerPro® Lifts. The following models are not covered under this warranty:

Warranty Coverage

Mechanical and Electrical Components:
Covered for 2 years from the date of delivery under normal use and service.

Aluminum Structural Components & Welds:
Covered for the lifetime of the product* from the date of delivery.

Wearable Parts (e.g., batteries, hydraulic pumps, casters):
Covered for 90 days from the date of delivery. Not included in the lifetime warranty.
Exclusions & Conditions
The lift is used in unsuitable environmental conditions
The product is not maintained per user/service instructions
Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs are made
Warranty is void if:
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper maintenance.
Parts Replacement & Inspection

Replacement parts may be supplied, serviced, or replaced at Joerns Healthcare’s discretion.

Warranty replacement parts are only covered for the duration of the original product warranty.

Parts requested for inspection must be returned at the customer’s expense; credit is issued only after inspection confirms warranty eligibility.

Most service needs can be addressed by the facility’s Maintenance Department with guidance from Joerns Healthcare Product Service.

Replacement parts can typically be shipped next-day air (customer pays shipping).

If a technician is required, Joerns Healthcare may dispatch one at their discretion.
