Journey Health & Lifestyle UPWalker Warranty

Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the UPWalker frame to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser, when purchased directly from Journey Health & Lifestyle or an authorized dealer.

Accessories and non-durable components—including wheels, brakes, seat, hand grips, resistance dampers, and armrests—are covered under warranty for six (6) months, as these items are subject to normal wear and tear.

Coverage Includes:

• All parts, labor, and shipping for repair or replacement during the warranty period.

 

Warranty Limitations:

• Warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only and is non-transferable.

• Coverage expires on the respective anniversary dates or immediately upon resale or transfer of ownership.
