Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes void upon transfer of ownership or use by another person. NOVA warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty • Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty (includes rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
• Negligence or misuse of the product • Failure to follow product instructions • Normal wear and tear • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products that have been abused, altered without written authorization, or used outside normal conditions are not covered.

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. Labor and shipping costs for replacement part installation or product repair are not included.

This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
