Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. It becomes void upon resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another individual.

Covered Warranty Periods (from date of purchase):

 

• Pump Unit: 1-Year Limited Warranty

• Mattress Pad: 3-Month Limited Warranty (includes rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

 

• Damage due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions

• Normal wear and tear

• Any product that has been abused or modified without prior written authorization

• Labor or shipping costs related to repair or part replacement
