• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty
(Includes wheels, wheel brakes, hand grips, rubber tips, cable covers, and all other hardware or plastic parts.)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
• User negligence or misuse
• Failure to follow product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to Obtain Service

1. Contact your dealer where the NOVA product was purchased.
2. If service is unsatisfactory, contact NOVA directly and provide:
  • Product serial number
  • Description of the defect
  • Proof of purchase
  • Dealer name and location

Do not return products without prior authorization.
