Warranty Coverage

This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and becomes void upon any resale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person.

NOVA warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following durations:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty • Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty (includes rubber tips, plastic, or metal hardware)

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
• Negligence or misuse of the product • Failure to follow product instructions • Normal wear and tear • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Products subject to abuse or alteration without prior written authorization are not covered.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If the dealer does not provide satisfactory service, contact NOVA directly using the number listed on this document.

Be prepared to provide: • Description of the defect • Product serial number • Name and location of purchase • Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return any products to NOVA without prior authorization.

Limitations and Remedies

Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. Labor and shipping costs for replacement part installation or product repair are not covered. This warranty applies only to defects in material or workmanship during normal use.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
