Powerchair Labor Contracts - Pride Mobility

Pride Mobility Labor contracts provide the purchaser with comfort in knowing you will receive in-home service within the duration of your contract. It is important that you register your Pride Mobility product as soon as you get it by following the warranty registration guide in your user manual or by clicking here.

 

To Ensure Prompt Service, Please Provide the Following:

• Serial Number

• Date of Purchase

• Detailed Description of the Issue

• Contact Information:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

   

Important Note:

The consumer must immediately discontinue use of the product upon discovering any issue. Service applies to warranty-covered items only and does not include setup or repairs due to normal wear and tear.

Once the warranty service period expires, additional service fees will apply.

Labor contracts must be purchased at the time of the original provider purchase from Pride and cannot be added after the product has shipped from a Pride facility.
