Your Drive® branded product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase by the original consumer.

Each device is built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Limited Warranty reflects Drive’s confidence in the quality of its materials and workmanship and its commitment to dependable performance.

Under this warranty, Drive Medical’s obligation is limited to the replacement of defective products or parts, at its discretion, provided the product has been properly installed, maintained, and used according to instructions. Drive reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of any defect.

This warranty does notcover:

• Damage or loss occurring during shipment

• Damage caused by natural or man-made events beyond Drive’s control, including fire, floods, or earthquakes

• Damage resulting from sediments or foreign matter in the water system

• Damage due to improper or negligent installation, including installation in harsh or hazardous environments

• Damage caused by improper repair, modification, or maintenance, including use of improper cleaning products

• Normal wear and tear, which is not considered a defect
