Is something wrong with your Rollz product within two years of purchase? Then contact your supplier immediately. They will look for a solution as quickly as possible in consultation with us. We apply the warranty provisions below.
Repairs are also possible after the warranty period has expired, against reimbursement of costs incurred. Please contact your dealer directly for this.
Warranty Provisions
Rollz® International BV, based in Delft, the Netherlands, guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of its products — including the Rollz Flex, Rollz Motion, Rollz Motion Performance, and Rollz Motion Rhythm — under the following warranty terms.
General Coverage
The general warranty period for the first owner is 24 months from the date of purchase. Rollz also provides a five-year warranty on frame materials and construction defects under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty includes the right to repair (not replacement or refund). Customers are responsible for transport to and from the retailer, who coordinates repairs with Rollz. Proof of purchase and a detailed complaint description must accompany any warranty claim.
Repair & Service Process
Rollz will cover the cost and risk of transport between the retailer and Rollz if the issue qualifies under warranty. Repairs do not extend the warranty period, and coverage is non-transferable — valid only for the original owner.
Rollz Motion Rhythm Specific Coverage
• Rhythm Module: 24 months warranty
• Vibrating Handles: 12 months warranty
• Battery: 12 months warranty
Accessories for Rollz Motion and Rollz Flex models are covered by a 6-month warranty.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications, neglect, accidents, improper use, or lack of maintenance. It also excludes damage from normal wear and tear or removal of the product serial number.
Legal Rights
