Congratulations on your purchase of a Stander product! We hope it makes your daily living easier and safer. Please review the following warranty information for your protection.
Coverage
Stander, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this period, Stander will repair or replace, at no charge, any part determined to be defective in material or workmanship.
The original purchaser must prepay all shipping costs when returning the product for inspection or repair. Any replacement parts will be new and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment — whichever is longer.
To file a claim, the original purchaser must notify Stander, Inc. in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to normal use.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damage during shipment (other than the original shipment to the retailer).

Damage caused by unauthorized attachments, alterations, or modifications.

Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed or intended.
