Congratulations on your purchase of a Stander product! We hope it makes your daily life safer and more comfortable. Please review the following warranty information for your protection.
Coverage
Stander, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, Stander will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that proves to be defective in material or workmanship.
The original purchaser is responsible for prepaying all shipping costs to return the product for inspection or repair. Any replacement parts provided under this warranty will be new and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment — whichever is longer.
To make a claim, the original purchaser must notify Stander, Inc. in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only normal use.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage occurring during shipment (other than the original shipment to the retailer).

Damage caused by unauthorized attachments, alterations, or modifications.

Damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed or intended.

Damage caused by abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, or misapplication.
