Is assembly required? +
What types of chairs work with the tray table? +
If your chair does not have four legs, has a round base, or has legs outside of the 25.5–35.5 inch depth range, this tray will not work. We recommend measuring before purchasing.
Can I use the tray table without a chair or on a bed? +
How do I keep the tray level? +
- Locate the two long leveling screws on the bottom of the tray table.
- Identify the high and low sides of the tray table.
- Loosen the leveling screw on the high side.
- Tighten the leveling screw on the low side.
- Tighten both screws equally once the tray is level.
What should I do if my tray is loose? +
- Remove the pivot arm from the bracket underneath the tray table.
- Locate the nut within the tray assembly and use a 17 mm socket to tighten.
- Re-attach the pivot arm and firmly tighten all hardware (do not overtighten, or the tray may be hard to rotate).

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect:
- Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect.
- Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.
Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not reimburse shipping charges.
If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect, it will replace the product and ship a replacement to you.
What’s Not Covered
- Products damaged during shipment (other than the original shipment to retailer).
- Products altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.
- Products not properly installed or used outside Stander’s instructions.
- Products used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.
- Damage from abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, or abnormal use/storage.
