At DMEsuperstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
