Coverage
Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a defect:

Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period with a description of the issue.

Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.
Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not reimburse or cover shipping charges.
If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect in materials or workmanship, Stander will replace the product and ship the replacement to the original purchaser.
Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover any product:

Altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.
