Stander, Inc. Limited Warranty
Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications, is non-transferable, and applies solely to the original purchaser.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your product has a defect covered under this limited warranty, you must notify Stander in writing during the warranty period. Your claim must include proof of purchase and the product must be shipped to Stander at your expense.
Note: Stander does not cover or reimburse any shipping costs.
If, upon inspection and at Stander’s sole discretion, the product is found to have a material defect in materials or workmanship, Stander will replace the product and ship the replacement to the original purchaser.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover products that are:

Damaged during shipment.

Altered, modified, or fitted with unauthorized attachments.

Installed, assembled, or used contrary to Stander’s instructions.

Used for purposes other than those intended or designed.

Damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, abnormal use, or improper storage.
