      Yes — the horizontal bar is required because it provides critical stability and support for the Curve Grab Bar.

      Stander, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period, Stander will correct any manufacturing defects at no charge.

      Any replacement parts will be new and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, whichever is longer.

      This warranty is non-transferable and covers only normal use.
      How to Make a Warranty Claim

      If you believe your product has a defect:

      1. Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect.
      2. Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.

      Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not refund or cover shipping charges.

      • Damage caused by unauthorized attachments, alterations, or modifications.
