What bathtubs are compatible with the Wonder Bathtub Pole? +
The Wonder Bathtub Pole is compatible with standard alcove bathtubs that have flat sides and rims measuring 3–7 inches wide and 13–21 inches tall. Please measure your bathtub before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
Can the Wonder Bathtub Pole be adjusted to fit different ceiling heights? +
Yes. The Wonder Bathtub Pole is height adjustable to fit flat ceilings between 7 and 9 feet tall.
How does the Wonder Bathtub Pole compare to traditional grab bars? +
The Wonder Bathtub Pole is mounted to the bathtub instead of a wall. Its closer proximity to the tub prevents overreaching and provides better leverage and support when getting in and out of the bathtub.
Does the Wonder Bathtub Pole mount to the tub or ceiling? +
The Wonder Bathtub Pole installs using tension between the tub and ceiling—no drilling required. For added security, hardware is included to hard-mount the pole to the ceiling if desired, but this is not required.
How does the Wonder Bathtub Pole work around a shower curtain? +
To keep water contained, the Wonder Bathtub Pole should be used with two shower curtains—one on either side of the pole. Curtain rods should be installed on the outside of the pole. See our assembly video for more details.
Can I install it on a vaulted ceiling higher than 9 feet? +
No. The Wonder Bathtub Pole must be installed on a flat ceiling between 7 and 9 feet tall.

Coverage

Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect:

  1. Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect.
  2. Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.

Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not reimburse shipping charges.

If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect, it will send replacement parts or, if necessary, replace the product and ship it to you.

What’s Not Covered
  • Products damaged in any way.
  • Products altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.
  • Products not properly installed or used outside Stander’s instructions.
  • Products used for purposes other than those for which they were designed.
  • Damage from abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, or abnormal use/storage.
