KARMA Wheelchair Warranty Policy – Summary

Warranty Coverage & Duration

• Free repairs for manufacturing defects or faulty components within the warranty period (warranty repair).

• Only authorized KARMA dealers can perform warranty repairs.

• Transportation costs for repair or replacement are not covered.

• Replaced parts become the property of KARMA.

Exclusions – Items Not Covered by Warranty

• Cosmetic issues that don’t affect function or safety.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Lack of maintenance or self-inspection.

• Misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

• Use in unsuitable environments.

• Damage from external factors (chemicals, debris, etc.) or natural disasters.

User & Dealer Responsibilities

User Must:

• Follow operation guidelines in the manual.

• Perform self-inspections and basic maintenance.

• Keep maintenance records.

• Avoid unauthorized modifications or parts.
