The purchaser of this product is entitled to a limited warranty provided by our company and its affiliates, covering the following components and timeframes:

• Chair Frame: 3 years

• Motors: 1 year

• Controller & CPU System: 1 year

• Battery: 6 months

• Wear Parts (Tires, Seat & Backrest, Armrests, Support Straps): 3 months

Warranty Coverage & Service

This warranty covers replacement of dysfunctional parts only. Any warranted parts will be replaced and shipped directly to your door. However, any service or labor fees associated with part replacement must be covered by the user.

Due to the straightforward design of the product, most parts can be easily replaced by the end user without the need for a professional technician. However, for optimal maintenance and proper installation, professional assistance is always recommended.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
