Lifetime Warranty on Main Frame
Karman warrants the main frame of the following models against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase, with 6 months coverage on parts:
• S-ERGO 105, 106, 115, 305
One-Year Warranty on Main Frame
Warranty Terms & Exclusions
Warranty Claim Process – Any warranty claim must be approved by Karman Healthcare.
• An R.M.A. (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from Karman before returning any product.
• The product must be returned insured with freight prepaid within the warranty period.
• Labor charges for installation or repair, as well as all freight charges, are not covered under warranty.
• Proof of Purchase Required – If no Warranty Registration Card is on file, a copy of the purchase invoice must be provided.
• Non-Consumer Sales Warranty Period – If the product has not yet been sold to a consumer, the warranty period begins on the invoice date from Karman Healthcare.
Warranty Void Conditions:
• The serial number tag has been removed or altered.
• The product has been subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage, handling, or operation.
• Unauthorized modifications, misuse, or exceeding the maximum weight limit.
• Products used outside the United States.
Karman Healthcare’s Limited Liability
Karman Healthcare’s sole liability is limited to repair or replacement of parts or components as specified. This warranty replaces all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, and applies only within the U.S..
