Warranty Coverage
• Lifetime Warranty on Main Frame (from the date of purchase) for the following models:
• S-ERGO 105, 106, 115, 305, KM-3520, KM-802, KM-5000, KM-7501, KM-8020, VIP515, MVP-502 series
• Parts Warranty: 6 months
• One-Year Warranty on Main Frame (from the date of purchase) for the following models:
• KM-9020L, KM-TV10, KM-AA10, KM-AA20
• Parts Warranty: 6 months
Warranty Conditions & Limitations
• The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Normal wear-and-tear is not covered, including arm pads and upholstery.
• Wheelchairs must be returned to the authorized dealer where they were originally purchased for warranty claims.
• Labor and freight charges associated with installation or repair are not covered.
• A Returned Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number is required before returning any product for warranty service. Items must be shipped insured with freight prepaid.
• If a Warranty Registration Card is not on file, proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
• The warranty for consumers begins on the purchase date from the seller.
• The warranty for sellers (if the product has not been sold to a consumer) begins on the invoice date from Karman Healthcare.
• Removing or altering the serial number tag will void the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
1. Products subjected to negligence, abuse, improper storage, or handling.
2. Products damaged due to improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
3. Frames or parts damaged from exceeding the maximum weight limit.
This warranty applies only within the U.S. and is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at Karman Healthcare’s discretion. It replaces all other expressed, implied, or statutory warranties.
